Today is my Birthday. I made it another year! I've now made 48 trips around the sun as of today. I'm thankful to still be here. While life hasn't turned out the way I wanted it to, I still choose to remain humble and simply be thankful for just being alive. I will say though, that isn't always easy. I admit I get hung up on the things I want but cannot have or wishing for things that I know will never happen... Life hasn't gone the way I wanted it to, but I also realize it could ALWAYS be worse. Someone in life ALWAYS has it worse than you do no matter what you're going through which is EXACTLY why I do my best to stay humble and just be thankful for the life I do have. So yeah... Happy Birthday to me! I thank God for allowing me to still be breathing. Here's to hoping I live to see many more Birthdays in the future!
